Since items are made to order, I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
If your item is damaged during shipping, please send pictures of the damage and packaging to email@example.com. I will send a claim to USPS. Then send a replacement at no cost to you.
1) We are NOT responsible for Lost or Stolen orders.
If your tracking information says "Delivered" and you don't have it, Contact your post office. Further action may be required, ie: filing a police report for "theft", as Porch Piracy is on the rise. Package Theft is not covered under the Shipping Insurance and we will not replace at our expense.
2) Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address, that you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost.
3) If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 72 hours and include pictures of the damage.
