I strive to get every order packed, shipped and out the door within 1-3 business days. Most times, I am able to get your order out the door in 1-2 days.

During times such as holiday seasons, there may be a slight delay with your order. I will communicate via email if the ship time will be longer than 4-5 days.

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

USPS Priority Mail 1-4 Business Days (faster-but dates not guaranteed- $100 Insurance included)
USPS Priority Mail Express 1-2 Business Days (fastest- guaranteed date- $100 Insurance included)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1) We are NOT responsible for Lost or Stolen orders.
If your tracking information says "Delivered" and you don't have it, Contact your post office. Further action may be required, ie: filing a police report for "theft", as Porch Piracy is on the rise. Package Theft is not covered under the Shipping Insurance and we will not replace at our expense.

2) Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address, that you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost.

3) If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 72 hours and include pictures of the damage.
